Remote Locations
Deliveries to remote areas within Australia may be subject to additional charges. We will contact you if any extra fees apply, giving you the option to proceed with the payment or cancel your order for a full refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If your order is undeliverable or the provided address is incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping to the correct address. We will contact you to obtain the correct address and approval for the additional shipping charge. Alternatively, you can choose to cancel the order for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and our shipping costs.
